Directory Assistance Operator
First Federal Bank of Louisiana is currently seeking a Directory Assistance Operator at our Main Office located in Lake Charles, LA. This is not a remote position. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM.

Summary
Offers switchboard coverage for the Bank, handling incoming calls by directing them to the appropriate department/branch. Additionally, serves as the receptionist for the Main Office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answers and directs all calls to the main line of the Bank, promptly reporting any malfunctions to supervisor
- Greets visitors, determines the nature of business, and guides them to the appropriate destination
- Maintains a visitor log and ensures badges and access cards are assigned and collected
- Sorts incoming mail for distribution, dispatches outgoing mail, signs for deliveries and notifies appropriate personnel to pick up packages
- Assists with purchasing of bank supplies
- Maintains facility supply inventory
- Reviews and reconciles facility related invoices, including credit card statements
- Provides assistance to other operational areas as assigned
- Compliance training is assigned to all Bank personnel based on their position with the Bank. Employees are required to complete all assigned training timely and in accordance with Bank policy.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- A minimum of six (6) months of related experience and/or training
