Job Summary

Our Franchise Development team takes pride in helping small business owners build successful agencies and achieve their professional and financial goals. We are seeking a highly collaborative, strategic, and self-motivated, Sales Development Associates to join our team. Ideal candidates for this role are confident, ambitious self-starters seeking to showcase their potential and who want to add value to the company. As a Sales Development Associate, you will work closely with ideal franchise owner prospects to grow relationships, be a key player in growing our franchise channel, and will help generate quality leads for the Territory Manager.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying and Qualifying candidates through cold calls, email, and talent acquisition platforms such as ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Intent is to graduate after 3 months to a Business Development Representative position
  • SDAs will begin with a heavy workload of classroom-style training learning the Goosehead value prop, systems/processes, and overall insurance industry and will quickly move into outbound prospecting through cold calling, social media, and email outreach.
  • The primary objective is to set up a meeting for the Territory Manager who will be working to mentor SDAs.

 

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
